 This Privacy Statement applies to all applications developed and/or managed by
 PlayNowMedia LLC. (collectively, &ldquo;us&rdquo;,
 &ldquo;we&rdquo;, or &ldquo;our&rdquo;). This Statement governs our Apps and
 our Users&rsquo; use of our Apps. &ldquo;Our Apps&rdquo; refers to any of our
 developed or managed properties on Over The Top (or, &ldquo;OTT&rdquo;) or
 Connected Television devices (or, &ldquo;CTV&rdquo;) in their respective app
 stores.

COPPA (Children 13 and under) 

 We at PlayNowMedia LLC take privacy very seriously. Including children under 13
 years of age. To our knowledge, we are in compliance with the requirements of
 COPPA. We do not collect or knowingly collect information from any adolescent
 under the age of 13. We do not knowingly place ads on our properties directed
 to children under the age of 13. Our website, apps, or services are all
 developed and directed toward users 13 years of age or older. If a parent or
 guardian is under the believe that their child&rsquo;s privacy rights or
 security has been compromised, please reach out to us immediately so that we
 can take action and remove the data.

Adults and Teens 

 Sometimes we collect data from users over the age of 13 for better user
 experience and app functionality. Some information is collected in real time
 from our Apps including, IP Address, Device, Device Advertising ID, Language
 preference, Service Provider and Geological location. (ie, zip code, DMA or
 non address specified) We reserve the right to re-use outside, 3rd party data
 to coincide with our data to better suit our users app experience.

Reporting Analytics &amp; App Technology 

 Some of our apps collect and store user preferences or settings to further
 enhance our user&rsquo; app experience. We work with 3rd parties and demand
 sources who also use technology to collect user data including Device
 Identifier&rsquo;s, Device Advertising ID&rsquo;s, IP Address&rsquo;, and
 information of our user&rsquo;s usage of our services.


 Additionally, we work with 3rd party advertisers who also collect and
 sometimes store data to better suit our users&rsquo; ad experience and the
 relevancy of the directed creatives. Utilizing information such as unique
 Device Identifiers or IP address&rsquo; associated to your CTV or OTT device.
 We do not permit nor acknowledge the use of interest-based advertising
 directed at users under the age of 13 in accordance with COPPA.

Our Applications 

 While using any application managed or developed by PlayNowMedia LLC, the
 respective app store or operating system may collect user data. We do not
 control nor manage this information and advise that you adhere to the terms
 and conditions provided by the platform or provider and the respective app
 store.

User-Based Advertising Targeting 

 PlayNowMedia LLC works with 3rd party advertisers to better establish ad related
 user experience in regards to data collection. This information is not
 personally identifiable and de-identified. We do not store nor transfer names,
 specific addresses or telephone numbers. In regards to users under the age of
 13, we do not display targeted ads to adolescence&rsquo; in accordance with
 COPPA guidelines.

CCPA 

 In accordance with The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users&rsquo;
 who reside in California require us and other media-related companies to
 fullfill additional notices detailing California users&rsquo;, legally
 protected data rights.


 Unique identifiers such as IP addresses and device advertising IDs are
 collected for the sole purpose of optimizing our users&rsquo; experience. This
 information is sometimes passed along to our 3rd party or our advertising
 partners. This information is used to enable advertisers and filter out
 fraudulent activity among other like-minded purposes.


 Electronic Network Activity and Commercial Information data, including user
 interactions with our apps, user search trends, and buying history are for
 internal use only.As a California resident, you have the right to make the
 following requests twice every 12 months:

Billing and Cancelation Policy

Subscription Start and Renewal Dates 
Your subscription starts on the calendar day you register for an account and successfully enter a valid payment method. The renewal date for a monthly subscription is same numerical calendar day on each successive month. For example, a monthly subscription starting on October 2nd will renew on November 2nd and the second day of each successive month. The renewal date for a yearly subscription is the same day and month on each successive year. For example, a yearly subscription starting on January 3rd, will renew on January 3rd of each successive year.


Free Trials 

This section only applies to subscriptions that include a free trial period. If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the stated trial period ends. If you cancel your subscription anytime before the trial period ends, your account access will end and you will not be charged. If you cancel your account after the trial period completes for a monthly account, you will be billed for the whole current subscription month (which starts on the first day of your free trial). If you cancel your account after the trial period completes for an annual/yearly account, you will be billed for the entire current subscription year (Which starts on the first day of your free trial).


Billing 

If you are enjoying our service, do nothing and your subscription will automatically renew for as long as you choose to remain a subscriber. Renewals for a monthly or annual subscription will be billed at the current monthly or annual rate, respectively


Cancelation and Refunds 

This section applies to subscriptions canceled outside of any free trial period. If you cancel a monthly account and were already billed for the current subscription month, you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of the current subscription month. If you cancel a yearly account, you will continue to have access to your account for the remainder of the current subscription year. We do not offer partial or full refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions canceled outside of any free trial period.

Help

Jed Clampett is told by a representative of an oil company that the swamp behind his shack is full of oil. (The oil company employee has been hauled in by Jed's daughter Elly May who asks whether she can keep him.) Later, Mr. Brewster, the head of the oil company, does a deal with Jed. Jed tells Cousin Pearl that he'll receive 25 to 100 of "some new kind of dollar." Pearl, thinking Jed has been "slickered", asks what kind of dollar he's talking about. "Million dollars," Granny, Jed's mother-in-law, replies. "Jed, you're a millionaire," Pearl says. "Yeah, that's what that Brewster fella said." Pearl convinces Jed to move to Beverly Hills, California (she pronounces it "Cal-i-forn-ee") and volunteers her son, Jethro, to drive Jed, Elly May and Granny there. Upon arriving, Granny complains the hills aren't that high. Jed says at least there are hills and "we'll be among our own kind of people."

S01E01 The ClampettOil

The Clampetts begin to settle in their new home in Beverly Hills, California. They are having to adjust to things such as refrigerators (Granny remarks how a ham will require two days to thaw out), ovens and the "cement pond." Jed also is having to confront how his daughter Elly May is maturing. He tells her that he, in effect, raised her as a boy and should not have. Jethro also encounters a flamingo that he thinks is a chicken (which causes Jed to suspect Jethro has been sneaking drinks of moonshine).

S01E02 Getting Settled

While Granny boils pool water for washing (due to the "lack of a pump") and Elly May gets a feminine make-over by Miss Hathaway, cousin Pearl is back at the cabin making eyes with the visiting oil man while he gives her a ride to the nearest phone.

S01E03 Meanwhile, Back at the Cabin

Mr. Drysdale panics when Mrs. Drysdale comes back from Boston early, because she'll meet the Clampetts. He sets Miss Hathaway on a plan to get them to go to Palm Springs. Meanwhile, Grannie and Jed come to think Mrs. Drysdale is a drunk and make plans to cure her.

S01E04 The ClampettMeet MrDrysdale

Grannie prepares her special mash to help cure Mrs. Drysdale of her drinking problem while Jed does as Mr. Drysdale suggests and buys stock: cows, goats, pigs, and chickens! Meanwhile, Mrs. Drysdale recovers from the shock of her first meeting with the Clampetts and is convinced she's imagining things.

S01E05 Jed BuyStock

Granny wants to leave due to unfriendly locals, but Jed convinces her to visit them. They receive a warm welcome and gifts when they show up in their hillbilly clothes for Halloween. Jed also works on getting Pearl to visit while she seeks a husband and a young man for Jethrine.

S01E06 Trick or Treat

Ellie May begins wearing dresses but feels insulted when called a city girl. Mr. Drysdale convinces Jed to take in his butler and maid to "civilize" the Clampetts, who struggle with the concept of servants. Miss Hathaway shows interest in Jethro while taking him bowling.

S01E07 The Servants

Jed enrolls Jethro at an exclusive Beverly Hills elementary school. Millicent Schuyler-Potts, the proprietor of the school, is aghast when Jed and Jethro show up, convinced this is part of some ghastly hoax. After Jed says that banker Milburn Drysdale is his neighbor, she calls the banker. It turns out that Drysdale's bank holds the mortgage on the school. Schulyer-Potts suddenly warms to the charms of the Clampetts, even if it means accepting Jethro as a fifth grader.

S01E08 Jethro Goeto School

Mr. Drysdale convinces his self-absorbed stepson Sonny to date Elly May to Mrs. Drysdale's consternation, while Granny and Jed make preparations for Thanksgiving.

S01E09 Elly'FirDate

Sonny Drysdale decides he needs to be Pygmalion to Elly's Galatea and remake her from a hillbilly into a woman of society, while Granny uses love charms to heat up their relationship.

S01E10 Pygmalion and Elly

When Sonny Drysdale promises to give Elly May a ring, Granny thinks he's going to propose and becomes a matchmaker. Cousin Pearl can't stand the idea that Elly May will get married before Jethrine, so she sets to matchmaking Jethrine with Jasper Depew.

S01E11 Elly RaceJethrine

Granny and the rest of the Clampetts begin a feud with the Drysdales after Sonny, who had been courting Elly May, suddenly stood her up following Granny suggesting marriage. This snub sparks tensions between the two families.

S01E12 The Great Feud

Jed, Ellie May, Jethro and Granny take their first plane flight back home for Christmas to visit cousin Pearl, who is busy cooking up a feast to win Mr. Brewster's unwilling heart.

S01E13 Home for Christmas

Back home for Christmas, Elly May joyfully reconnects with her old animal friends, relishing the familiar company. Meanwhile, Pearl takes to the piano to provide live accompaniment for the silent film "Ben Hur," hoping to impress Mr. Brewster with her musical talent.
